“By the act of forgiving I am no longer consumed by unproductive thoughts.” – Andy Andrews
No one is perfect in this world. We all make mistakes and suffer setbacks but it’s how you deal with these problems that defines you. The key to removing anger and resentment is forgiveness and the key to forgiveness is that it is given away. By giving forgiveness you can release the negative feelings and replace them with the power of positive thoughts.
This week Joey and Jason are joined by entrepreneur, John Danial, who recounts his journey from Iraq to the United States, as they discuss Decision 6 – The Compassionate Decision.
John gives us a great insight into his experiences, good and bad, of first arriving in America, not knowing the language, not having a job and how he managed to still be successful despite the obstacles in the way.
It is so important to ‘forgive yourself’, you must keep making mistakes, suffering failures and getting knocked back because every time this happens you are learning, you growing as a person and it takes one hundred rejections to get the one success.
“I will forgive even those who do not ask for forgiveness. I will forgive those who criticize me unjustly. I will forgive myself.” – Andy Andrews
